Founder
Mubaris Karaev-Founder
Role: Founder and Innovation Strategist
Mubaris Karaev established the Public Union for the Support of Modern Science with a vision to democratize access to engineering education and scientific research. He is the key architect of IVEA – the first virtual university for engineering and innovation in the Caucasus.
He continues to lead projects in AI integration, ecological monitoring, and digital transformation in education.
Shamo Salayev-Chairman of the Board
Role: Chairman and Head of Strategic Governance
Shamo Salayev oversees the operational management and strategic direction of the union. With a strong background in scientific policy and institutional development, he leads collaborations with universities, international agencies, and national ministries.
His mission is to ensure scientific excellence, sustainability, and outreach through policy-informed action.
Core Scientific Committee
We proudly collaborate with a dynamic and diverse network of over 80 academic staff representing leading universities, research institutions, and innovation centers across the Caucasus and beyond.
This academic body includes:
Professors, associate professors, and PhD researchers
Experts in engineering, environmental sciences, AI, renewable energy, and medical technologies
Curriculum developers, innovation mentors, and scientific advisors
Our 80+ academic team forms the backbone of our virtual university (IVEA), project evaluation panels, and scientific outreach programs.
